The Riverfly Partnership is a dynamic network of organisations, representing anglers, conservationists, entomologists, scientists, water course managers and relevant authorities, working together to: - protect the water quality of our rivers; - further the understanding of riverfly populations; - and actively conserve riverfly habitats. The Riverfly Partnership is hosted by Salmon & Trout Conservation UK.

Both amateur and professional photographers are invited to enter the Riverfly Partnership Photography Competition 'Riverflies' for the chance to win the 1st prize of £500, kindly donated by Pro>media. The closing date for entry submissions is Monday 31st July 2017 and the winning and commended entries will be unveiled at at a date, to be confirmed, following judging.

Pacific Salmon (Oncorhynchus gorbuscha) reported in Scottish rivers

Anglers in Scotland have recently reported catches of the non-native Pacific salmon Oncorhynchus gorbuscha from Rivers Dee, Ness and Helmsdale. The RP Photo Competition closed for entries on 31st July and judging will take place over the coming weeks.
